This section deals with employment law in general.

This is a fast moving area of law and we have just had one of the biggest changes we have seen in many years in that the widely criticised statutory dispute resolution precedures have been swept away by the Employment Act 2008.  The new system came into effect as of 6 April 2009. Employment law and good legal advice in relation to rights and obligations are of increasing importance and relevance to all of us - whether employee or employer.
